Overview

Helping People Find Their Perfect Home

BlueHaven Realty is a real estate website concept designed to help people discover properties and connect with real estate agents in Lagos, Nigeria.

The website introduces the brand, communicates its services and value proposition, and provides a dedicated contact page where potential clients can share their property preferences.

The goal was to create a clear, welcoming digital experience that makes finding a property feel more approachable.

Problem

Making Property Search Feel Simple

Finding the right property involves several considerations, including location, budget, property type, and trust in the real estate agency.

The website needed to communicate BlueHaven Realty’s services clearly, establish credibility, and make it easy for prospective buyers and renters to get in touch.

Research

Understanding What Potential Clients Need

The design process considered the information prospective clients typically look for when evaluating a real estate agency: its services, credibility, areas of focus, and contact options.

The website structure was planned around these information needs, with the homepage introducing the brand and its offerings before directing visitors towards further engagement.

The contact page was designed to collect relevant property requirements, including preferred property type, location, and budget, helping make the enquiry process more focused.

Ideation

Creating a Clear Path from Discovery to Enquiry

The information architecture was organised around two main experiences: discovering the agency and contacting it.

The homepage follows a logical flow, beginning with a prominent hero section, followed by the company introduction, services, reasons to choose the agency, and a contact call to action.

The contact page focuses on the enquiry journey, pairing a strong headline and property imagery with a structured form. This approach helps visitors understand the agency before deciding to get in touch.

Designs

Bringing BlueHaven Realty to Life

The visual direction combines light blue backgrounds, white sections, deep blue accents, bold typography, and property photography to create a consistent and professional identity.

The homepage uses distinct content sections to make the agency’s mission and services easy to scan. Property imagery adds visual context, while clear calls to action encourage visitors to take the next step.

The contact page continues the same visual language, using a split layout with property imagery and a structured enquiry form. Form labels and fields are arranged to make it easier for visitors to provide their details and property preferences.

Consistent footer navigation across the pages reinforces the connection between the homepage and contact experience.

Lessons

Designing for Trust and Clarity

his project reinforced the importance of clear information architecture and consistent visual design when creating a real estate website.

The homepage establishes the brand’s identity and communicates its services, while the contact page turns visitor interest into a practical next step.

A future iteration could introduce searchable property listings, filtering by location and budget, and usability testing across mobile and desktop devices to identify opportunities for improvement.
